Over the past weekend we experienced a network issue that caused the problems with the wireless broadband customers not being able to reach some site. Our dialup customers may have experienced problems as well connecting or issues with receiving and sending email. This network issue has now been solved and network performance is back to normal, perhaps even better. We hope this issue did not cause too much inconvenience. If you are still experiencing any difficulties, please call our tech support for help.

Propel Accelerator
 We are currently working with Propel and expect to offer their accelerator soon. We will be able to offer a two-week trial of their service at the beginning of our contract with Propel, and will send out another announcement when the Propel service is ready. At that time we will send a link to download the software and also place the announcement on our website. We have been very impressed by the service and hope our customers will be too.

Wireless Internet Broadband
We are continuing to expand our wireless broadband service and will be adding wireless broadband service to most of the White Post area very soon. We have recently added another access point in central Clarke County, covering the Berryville area, and are selling wireless service now in Hampshire and Morgan Counties. If you think you would be covered by these areas, please contact our office for more information.

End of Year Special Dialup Rate
Once again we will be offering our end of year special dialup rate from Thanksgiving through New Year a year service for only $120.00. This works out to $10.00 per month for our regular $12.95 dialup service. Spam filter and accelerator are extra. The annual service can be added to any account or given as a gift certificate. Please contact our office to take advantage of this special.

End of Year Special Wireless Broadband Rate
From Thanksgiving through New Year, we will be offering a special annual wireless rate pay for twelve months and receive the thirteenth free! Please contact our office to take advantage of this special.
